The Classic Lab Standard™ Stereotaxic Instrument has been a standard in research labs for nearly five decades. The time-proven U-Frame design provides stability and adaptability while the instruments exclusive, triple-lead screws allow for smooth, consistent movements with rapid positioning. The Classic Lab Standard™ includes a 100 micron 3-axes, left-hand manipulator arm, rat adaptor, traditional (18˚) ear bars, and corner clamp probe holder. Available as dual, ultra-precise, digital or motorized.

Just for Mice Stereotaxic Instrument

The Just for Mice™ Stereotaxic Instrument was specifically developed for research using knock-out and transgenic mice. This innovative instrument allows the researcher to hold and prepare two mice, or neonatal rats, at the same time. Rotating Elliptical Stereotaxic Instrument

Stoeltings NEW Rotating Elliptical Stereotaxic allows for 360° rotation of the entire U-frame stereotaxic instrument providing researchers with greater accessibility without compromising surgical positioning. A locking screw allows researchers to secure position at 45° increments. Manipulator Arms

Standard Manipulator Arm:The manipulator arm controls medio-lateral and vertical positioning via lead screws, and antero-posterior movement via dovetail slide movement, with 80 mm of travel possible in each direction. A Universal Joint allows the investigator to change the angle of the probe up to 90o in either the antero-posterior or medio-lateral planes. The locking mechanism on tarm will hold any angle position without slippage. And of course, it also provides an absolute lock at 90o vertical.

Animal Adaptors

Mouse and Neonatal Rat Adaptor:  If your research involves mice and rats but you only have a rat stereotaxic frame you need a Mouse and Neonatal Rat Adaptor. This adaptor is designed for use with traditional 'U'-framed stereotaxic instruments like the Classic Lab Standard series. Ear and bite bar heights can be independently adjusted to accommodate a wide range of ages and t assist in leveling the skull.

fNIR

fNIR is an optical imaging technology that measures neural activity and hemodynamic response in the prefrontal cortex. Subjects wear an fNIR sensor (four IR light sources and ten detectors mounted in a flexible band) on the forehead that detects oxygen levels in the prefrontal cortex and provides real-time values for oxy-hemoglobin and deoxygenated hemoglobin. It provides a continuous and real-time display of the oxygen changes as the subject performs different tasks. The fNIR100 System provides 16 channels of information for continuous NIR spectroscopy (NIRS) through 4 light sources and 10 detectors, and includes a control unit, transducer, and software for real-time data viewing and post-acquisition analysis.

Mobita

Mobita® is a new wearable physiological signal amplifier system that can record up to 32 channels of high-fidelity wireless biopotential data, including ECG, EEG, EGG, EMG, and EOG data. The system can either telemeter data back to a computer running Acqknowledge for real-time display and analysis of the signals, or record it locally for later download. This fully-shielded cable assembly permits high resolution recording of biopotentials using our EL500 series disposable electrodes. The 2 meter adapter is terminated with standard pinch connectors to interface with EL500 series snap electrodes. Wireless

The latest generation of BioNomadix Transmitters can operate with the BioNomadix Logger or a matched BioNomadix Receiver* to noninvasively record full signal bandwidth physiology data. BioNomadix Transmitters are typically dual-channel devices, offering either two of the same biopotential or transducer signal or a combination of signals. Transmitters can easily be synced with a Logger for data logging and later download to AcqKnowledge or to a matched Receiver and MP150 System for live data recording in AcqKnowledge. AcqKnowledge can combine data from multiple transmitters into one graph file. Multiple transmitters can be used with a BioNomadix System for multi-subject or multi-parameter research studies.
